A reminder that on Saturday April 12th we will be holding our 2nd annual FirstResponderChallenge here at CrossFit Prime in Northeast Philadelphia. This is a fundraising competition that raises money for a great cause in support of our local firefighters and police officers. On Saturday April 5th the 9am and 10am classes will be sponsored by Steve's Club King of Prussia (https://www.facebook.com/StevesClubKOP). Steve's Club King of Prussia is our local chapter of the Steve's Club National Program (http://www.stevesclub.org/) Through this program we are able to provide free CrossFit Classes and programs to local at risk and disadvantaged youth. We use the money we raise to support these kids in their CrossFit training an other life pursuits. We are asking for a few dollars of donation in order to keep our program strong. Both classes will be FREE and open to friends, family and kids of all ages. Your donation (of any amount) is greatly appreciated. We also offer scholarship spots if you would like to sponsor a kid for the year... Don't forget, tomorrow night is "FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS" at CFD! We will be doing Open WOD 14.3 from 530pm-730pm, running in heats. We encourage those of you that can make it to come and hit the workout hard all together as a big group. There was a lot of energy and great atmosphere last week, it was so fun let's do that again tomorrow night! Come cheer on your fellow athletes if you aren't doing the Open, everyone is welcome so invite your friends, family, BF/GF, wife/husband etc. DON'T MISS IT!
